Profile
Giulia Semeghini is an Assistant Professor of Applied Physics at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University. Her research focuses on the use of neutral atoms for the development of quantum processors with applications in quantum simulation and computation. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Florence in 2016, conducting her research at LENS (European Laboratory for Non-linear Spectroscopy), and was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Physics at Harvard from 2019 to 2022.
